I divide my time between Brighton and Dorset, but Brighton is my home town, so I know it well. I'm in a relationship, but am looking to make new friends here. I'm particularly into spoken word/acoustic music gigs (where I sometimes perform) and am also looking for folk who like (or can tolerate!) jazz

Yea I heard about the spoken word gigs, would be good to explore! Not quite sure about reading out my stuff just quite yet. Im doing an evening course at Varndean College. If you spot any word/writing events I'll try and make it.

ohh im really interested that you are a writer! I have just started a creative writing course (part time) but have always loved writing. I'm kind of facing ups and downs with it all. Will be good to talk writing if we are at an event at some time.
