There will be a rather special event at Anne of Cleves House in Lewes on Saturday 17th July - picnic in the garden and concert by excellent classical guitarist Richard Durrant (friend of mine) - very atmospheric - especially after sunset - one of my favourite events of the year - I always go if I can. Doors open 6:30pm.

TOP TIP - Pre-booked tickets are sold out (they always do), but if it is nice weather they will have a further batch available on the door - phone Anne of Cleves House on the Saturday morning to reserve one.

i am booked up to go to the food and drink festival chocolate tasting tomorrow so tis unfortunately a no go for me... but a shame cos it is all looking like perfect weather for a bbq!!
