Ok - Salsa event has been added - classes start on 24th October above the mad hatter cafe - no commitment or partner needed but best to book your space ahead

Going to Brighton Dancing tom (in Hove) for Absolute Beginners Classes. Should be a good way to lose weight even if I am rubbish! The dances include: Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Waltz, Ballroom Tango, Slow Rhythm (alternative to Slow Foxtrot) & Quick Rhythm (alternative to Quickstep).

Hold on! Strictly Come Dancing are on the phone; they wonder if I am busy .....Oh yes and there is a pink flying thing over the marina too!

I like salsa (Cuban style) - I often go to Patricia's classes on Monday evening at the Park View on Preston Drove - informal and fun - I'm planning to go there tonight. There are plenty of other salsa venues around Brighton on other days of the week too :-)
