The popular Royal Pavilion Ice Rink returns for a second year! Take a whirl against the magical palace backdrop or simply soak up the atmosphere from the rink-side pop-up restaurant.
Listed by the Financial Times as the number 2 Christmas rink in the country last year (after Somerset House), the 800 square metre rink is accompanied by a fully licensed pop up restaurant serving food from Temple and Shian with an emphasis on great quality local ingredients. The menu includes festive treats from fondues, soups and snacks to Victorian feasts fit for the Prince Regent, and the bar offers everything from warming hot chocolate and delicious coffees to mulled wine, local ales, a fantastic wine list and cocktails!
Superb child friendly facilities come as part of the package including children’s menus, play area in the restaurant, large on-ice beginners area, ‘penguin' skate aids especially for youngsters, and even dual blade skates for toddler

Comment by Ghita on November 24, 2011 at 23:16 Not sure about the skating... the last time I went skating I was super confident (I could skate quite well 10 years before LOL) I fell over and fractured 2 bones in my hand... dont want to do that again! happy to join you for some mulled wine though!
