Hey fitness fanatics

 

so we have started a squash club. I have spoken to a few of you out there, and as someone who is not great at squash, I hope you go easy on me. 

This event will start around 6:50 and will finish in 40min

this will be a great way to cure that lingering hangover feeling.

 

also might help burn a few calories to boot

there will be a host there to bring everyone together.

we split the cost of the court at the end of the session

 

This social is open for subscription, club and Alive fitness members
